Handcrafted upcycled set, consisting of a jacket and trousers reconstructed from a repurposed denim jacket and jeans. Both garments were disassembled and readjusted to create a new set that is cohesive in proportion and structure.
The jacket features a fitted, cropped cut with an integrated hood. It incorporates recycled religious embroidery applied to the back as the central element, secured with visible perimeter stitching. The hem is finished with controlled fraying of the original denim. Recycled natural fur appliqués are added to the hood, cuffs, and hem; the fur is real and reclaimed from existing materials.
The trousers maintain a straight silhouette with a slight flare at the hem. They include the same recycled natural fur appliqués at the hem to create visual continuity with the jacket. The original seams of the base trousers are combined with new assembly lines.
This is an imperfect garment, with irregularities inherent to handcrafting and the use of recycled materials.
